A group of individuals attacked a Yemeni teenager inside a residential complex in Istanbul. Activists shared footage on social media showing a group of people chasing a 16-year-old Yemeni boy and beating him inside the "Kristalşehir" complex in the Esenyurt area of Istanbul. Reports indicate that around fifty people lynched the boy, nearly killing him, over a fight involving two small children. The disturbing images have shocked viewers, highlighting barbarism in society, with one user holding a particular individual accountable for inciting such violence.
The Yemeni ambassador in Ankara, Mohammed Saleh Tarek, visited the site of the incident and met with the family of the Yemeni boy.
