Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris experienced a scene of chaos and violence due to a group of Kurds attempting to stop the deportation of a well-known Kurdish activist to Turkey. A video of the violent altercation, involving dozens of people inside the Paris airport, has spread on social media, raising questions and concern. The Turkish newspaper "Haberler" reported that "the fight was sparked by a group of Kurds who wanted to halt the deportation of Kurdish activist Firas Korkmaz to Turkey."
