The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants in the caretaker government, Abdullah Bohabib, stated during his meeting with the Turkish Ambassador Ali Barish Ulusoy that "Lebanon is seeking border stability and sustainable calm through a comprehensive implementation of resolution 1701." Regarding the issue of displacement, he emphasized that "the situation in Syria cannot be left as it is because it harms everyone's interests," and noted that "international community cooperation is still insufficient to find a solution to the displacement crisis."
