Iranian President Discusses Situation in Gaza with Algerian President

The Algerian presidency announced that Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi discussed today, Sunday, with Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune, bilateral relations and cooperation in the fields of energy and trade, as well as the situation in Gaza, during a one-day official visit to Algeria. Algeria, a non-permanent member of the United Nations Security Council, supports the Palestinian cause and has called several times for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza.
