The Lebanese table tennis delegation returned after participating in the international championship in Cyprus. The delegation succeeded in winning 5 trophies and 5 colored medals (one gold, three silver, and one bronze) as follows:
- Maryam Al-Habash secured first place in the women's singles category, winning against a Romanian player in the final 4-3.
- Maryam Al-Habash and Leticia Azar achieved second place in the women's doubles category after losing in the final to a Cypriot team 2-3.
- Saad Al-Habash earned second place in the men's singles category after losing in the final to a Greek player 1-3.
- Saad Al-Habash and Mohammad Al-Habash achieved second place in the men's doubles category after losing in the final to a Greek team 0-3.
- The Lebanese men's team placed third in the championship, with Cyprus in second place and Greece in first. It is noteworthy that Union member and national teams director Wissam Shiri headed the delegation.
