Member of the Central Council of "Hezbollah," Sheikh Nabil Qawouk, emphasized during a commemorative celebration in the southern town of Al-Sawana that "the coming days will see that the resistance in Lebanon and Gaza is on a win-win path despite the wounds, while the Israeli enemy is on a lose-lose path despite American support. The confrontation began with a humiliating defeat for the Israeli enemy and will end with an even more humiliating defeat for this enemy." In response to threats from Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and other Israelis towards Lebanon, Qawouk asserted that "the Islamic Resistance today is stronger than it was in 2006, and it possesses accurate missiles capable of targeting all strategic objectives, cities, and Israeli settlements."
