The US Central Command stated that American aircraft and a coalition warship shot down five offensive drones that were launched from areas controlled by the Houthi group in Yemen on Tuesday. The Central Command added in a statement on Wednesday that the drones "posed an imminent threat to commercial and US Navy vessels and coalition ships" in the Red Sea.
