French Support for the Lebanese Army

Today, Tuesday, Army Commander General Joseph Aoun received the Director General of Health in the French Armed Forces, MGA Jacques Margery, at his office in Yarze, in the presence of the French Ambassador to Lebanon, Hervé Magro. The discussions focused on cooperation between the Lebanese and French armies, and ways to support the military institution in light of the current situation and the exceptional challenges it faces. The Head of Military Medicine and the Director General of Health in the French Armed Forces signed a cooperation protocol between the Lebanese and French armies, which included support for military medicine in areas such as training medical staff, securing medical supplies and equipment, and developing military clinics.
