Earlier, the Islamic Republic News Agency reported multiple casualties in the incident but noted that no official statement had been issued. Several state media outlets later described the incident as a "limited-scale accident that occurred during maintenance" without providing details about the nature of the maintenance, stating that at least two people were injured and there were no fatalities.
