The ruling socialist party in Venezuela announced today, Saturday, that President Nicolás Maduro will run for a second six-year term in the presidential elections scheduled for July 28. Vice President Diosdado Cabello announced Maduro's candidacy, the former labor leader who is 61 years old, on behalf of the socialist party.
