As a result of the investigations and inquiries carried out by the branch units, they were able to identify the gang members, including the mastermind, identified as: A.F. (born in 1984, registered as unknown) on 01/05/2024. After precise surveillance and monitoring, one of the branch patrols managed to arrest him in a tight ambush in the Al-Rawda area - Zahle.

During interrogation, he confessed to the charges against him regarding his participation, along with others, in executing numerous thefts of electrical cables from the public network in various areas of the Bekaa Governorate, particularly cables belonging to "Ogero." They transported the stolen goods in a "pick-up" vehicle to a shop he owned located in the Al-Rawda area - Zahle, where they were melted down and sold.

During the search of the shop, remnants of stolen wires were found. The legal measures were taken against the arrested individual, and he, along with the seized items, was referred to the relevant authorities as per the judiciary’s directive.
