Poland stated today that the U.S. retaliatory strikes on targets linked to Iran in Iraq and Syria occurred because Iranian proxies "played with fire." Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski told reporters upon arriving for a meeting with EU counterparts in Brussels, "Iranian proxies have been playing with fire for months and years, and now the fire is burning them."
