Israeli media announced that the Israeli Defense Forces shot a Lebanese shepherd across the border in the Rameh mountain range area. The army transferred him to a hospital where he was pronounced dead, and his body is still held by Israel. On the other hand, Israeli military sources denied through UNIFIL communication that they had opened fire on the shepherd at the northern border with Lebanon.
