Field sources in Southern Lebanon clarified that the loud explosion heard in the Nabatieh area was caused by the Ramadan cannon. According to witnesses, the cannon's firing was delayed by about 10 minutes past the time of the Maghrib call to prayer due to a technical malfunction, leading residents to believe it was an airstrike targeting the area. The launch of the cannon coincided with intense low-flying Israeli reconnaissance aircraft.
