Egyptian Finance Minister Muhammad Maait stated that "a part of the impact of the attacks on ships in the Red Sea on Suez Canal revenues can be absorbed thanks to the good growth that took place before the events began." Maait added, on the sidelines of the World Government Summit in Dubai, that "the government plans to rely more on the private sector regarding project spending."
