The General Directorate of State Security in Nabatieh stated today, Saturday, in a statement that "with the start of the school year in Lebanon, parents of students raised their voices due to the provocative rise in the prices of books and stationery. This prompted the General Directorate of State Security in Nabatieh to take action alongside employees from the Ministry of Economy. Their patrols inspected libraries in Nabatieh, and warnings were issued to libraries that exceeded their prices beyond the legal limits, requesting them to adhere to the official pricing of school books, stationery, and various types of bags."
