Tajikistan Arrests 9 Following Shooting at Concert in Russia

A security source in Tajikistan reported that "the National Security Committee in the country has arrested nine individuals this week, who are believed to be connected to the suspects involved in the shooting at a concert hall in Russia, as well as with the Islamic State - Khorasan Province." The source added that "the nine were arrested on Monday in the city of Vahdat and have been transferred to the capital, Dushanbe."
