How Does the Scene Look Southward?

The Israeli army targeted the hills of Labouna and Al-Alam with heavy machine gun fire from its positions near Mount Labouna this morning. Last night, the Israeli army launched several heavy artillery shells on the outskirts of the towns of Naqoura, Mount Labouna, Al-‘Alma, Tayr Harfa, Al-Dhahira, Aita al-Shab, Bayt Lil, and Rmeish, causing significant damage to crops, olive trees, and pine trees, as well as affecting the water network. Flares were also launched into the sky over the western and central sectors, reaching the outskirts of the city of Tyre. An airstrike on the town of Bayt Lil last night resulted in the destruction of a house and the martyrdom of Mohammed Naif Hammoud, a member of the Islamic Resistance, who was later reported to be in his thirties. Moreover, the issue of displacement towards safer areas in Lebanon, especially in the Tyre region, continues to weigh heavily on the Tyre Municipal Union and the municipalities in the Tyre district, as other Lebanese districts have only set up one reception center for displaced individuals in the Ghazieh area. It is worth mentioning that the fire that broke out last night in an apartment in the industrial city of Tyre was not caused by Israeli shelling, but was a local fire resulting from an electrical short-circuit. Firefighting teams from the civil defense worked to extinguish the fire and rescued four residents who were trapped inside.
