On November 10, 2023, the Central Narcotics Control Bureau destroyed quantities of narcotics in an area designated as a closed quarry in the Bsallim district, based on the instructions of the competent judiciary. The destroyed narcotics were as follows:

- 24.2 kg of cocaine base
- 3.4 kg of heroin
- 5.2 kg of crystal meth
- 305.5 kg of hashish
- 25.8 kg of marijuana
- 25.6 kg of amphetamine
- 2 kg of salvia
- 5,714,641 Captagon pills
- 5,365 MDMA and XTC pills
- 35,098 various tranquilizer pills
- 72.5 kg of cocaine
- 1,227 unidentified pills.
