UAE and Egyptian Presidents Discuss Brotherhood Relations

The President of the United Arab Emirates, Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and the Egyptian President, Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, discussed brotherhood relations and various aspects of cooperation and joint work between their countries, as well as ways to develop them in all fields to fulfill their aspirations for continued progress and sustainable development and prosperity. This took place during the Egyptian President's reception of the UAE President in El Alamein City.

According to the Emirati news agency (WAM), "The two presidents reviewed cooperation pathways that continue to develop qualitatively, especially in vital developmental, economic, and investment fields, and the promising opportunities to expand their base to achieve the mutual interests of the two countries and their brotherly peoples."

The meeting also addressed developments in regional and international issues of mutual interest, with an exchange of views on them, notably the updates in the Arab region and the challenges it faces, emphasizing the importance of activating joint Arab action to ensure security, stability, peace, and development for the region and its peoples.

The presidents reaffirmed their commitment to continue coordinating and consulting on various issues in light of the shared challenges facing the region, which necessitate enhancing cooperation and joint efforts to maintain its security and stability.
