The Egyptian embassies and diplomatic missions abroad have completed their preparations for the voting process in the 2024 presidential elections, which will begin overseas on Friday and continue for three days at 137 polling stations in 121 countries. The diplomatic missions are ready to welcome Egyptian citizens living abroad to cast their votes and fulfill their national duty as guaranteed by the constitution.
Most embassies and consulates have published a copy of the National Elections Authority's decision to invite voters to elect the President of the Republic on their social media accounts and websites, making it easier for community members to access all the procedures and facilities available during the voting process. Additionally, most embassies have announced the locations of the sub-polling stations, which are located at the embassies and consulates, and they have urged members of the Egyptian community to participate in the voting, reminding them to carry their passport or national ID card to enable the sub-polling committee to verify the voter's registration in the database and their right to vote.
