Pharmaceutical Syndicate: We Welcome the Arrest of the Counterfeit Drug Trafficker

The President of the Pharmacists of Lebanon, Dr. Joe Saloum, announced in a statement that "following the arrest of the counterfeit drug trafficker, who caused significant harm to patients, by the State Security with the direction of the Financial Public Prosecutor, this step is in the right direction. Cooperation with the State Security and all security, judicial, and financial public prosecutor agencies is ongoing and continuous with the Pharmacists Syndicate." He called for "the lifting of any protection over any entity or act that causes harm to patients and undermines the quality of drugs and health in Lebanon."
