The three accused in the Garderêve custody case (nanny Jenny Khoury, daycare owner Tony Mehanna, and photographer Joumana Bou Said) remain detained at the Baabda Palace since the incident of child abuse occurred. According to reports, the slow progress in the custody case is due to the ongoing legal procedures. The case is now in the criminal court under President Rabi' Al-Hosami, and a hearing is scheduled for March 6, 2024, to prosecute the accused. The session will also be attended by the legal representative of the children's parents, Attorney Aimé Halou.
