Army Intelligence Arrests Three Individuals for Gunfire Incident

A patrol from Army Intelligence managed to arrest three individuals for opening fire, resulting in the death of one citizen and the injury of another. A statement issued by the Army Command - Directorate of Guidance indicated that on 11/8/2023, as a result of monitoring and follow-up, a patrol from the Directorate of Intelligence apprehended two citizens (K.M.) and (A.H.) along with a Palestinian (R.A.) for their involvement in the gunfire incident on 8/8/2023 in the Dawood Ali area - Chouf, which led to one person's death and another's injury. The patrol also raided their homes and seized weapons, ammunition, and military equipment. Additionally, another patrol from the Directorate arrested a citizen (A.N.) in Downtown Beirut due to existing arrest warrants against him for weapons trafficking, gunfire, and inciting disturbances, along with a Syrian (R.A.) who was with him. The seized items were handed over, and investigations with the detainees began under the supervision of the competent judiciary.
