UNRWA: We Will Be in Unknown Territory

The Director-General of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA), Philippe Lazzarini, warned on Monday that "without additional funding, we will be in an unknown area with serious implications for international peace and security." Lazzarini stated this before the United Nations General Assembly, which consists of 193 members, saying, "We are operating at a minimum."
