Russia to Test Launch 7 Ballistic Missiles in 2024

Russian news agency Interfax reported on Saturday that the commander of the Russian strategic missile forces, Sergey Karakayev, stated that "Moscow plans to test launch seven intercontinental ballistic missiles in 2024." He mentioned to the newspaper "Red Star," the official publication of the Russian army, that Russia provides the United States with a notice at least 24 hours prior to these launches, and that Washington reciprocates in dealing with Moscow in the same manner. Russia and the United States possess the largest nuclear arsenals in the world.
