The European Union's foreign policy chief, Josep Borrell, arrived in Kyiv today, Tuesday, on a visit aimed at reaffirming the "steadfast support of the European Union" for Ukraine as the war there approaches its third year. Borrell stated, "I am here to discuss with our Ukrainian friends the EU's unwavering support for Ukraine on the military side, on the financial side with the new Ukraine facility, as well as on the EU reform path."
