The President of the Lebanese Business Council in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, Charles Jaha, issued a statement saying: "After months of research and study, the Lebanese Business Council in Dubai and the Northern Emirates decided to organize a special exhibition for Lebanese companies under the name 'START UP & MORE' to provide them with the opportunity to showcase their products and services to a large number of businesswomen and businessmen present in Dubai and the Emirates from all Arab and foreign communities, as well as members of the Lebanese community and its business sector. Additionally, delegations from Lebanon will attend specifically to participate in this exhibition, which primarily aims at fostering communication among the groups present."
He added: "The objectives of this exhibition, which will be held in Dubai on Friday, October 20, 2023, at the Sofitel hotel, include creating multiple opportunities for companies and facilitating cooperation among them and stakeholders interested in business and investment exchange. It will also provide opportunities for startups to find new clients and traders and offer incentives for them to continue. The Lebanese Business Council will provide all necessary support regarding consultations and information about various laws related to investment, in addition to ensuring the presence of companies at the exhibition that aim to collaborate with attendees, especially investors who aspire to enter the Emirati market and lack detailed knowledge to transition from idea to execution... We invite everyone to attend this diverse and distinguished exhibition, which will lay the foundation for more comprehensive and specialized Lebanese exhibitions in the future, aiming to spotlight Lebanon and its distinguished talents, while introducing high-quality Lebanese products and working to increase their presence."
