Three Palestinians were injured by live bullets and shrapnel today, Monday, during clashes with Israeli army forces in downtown Nablus. Sources from the Red Crescent reported one citizen, aged 25, was shot in the thigh, another, aged 46, was also shot in the thigh, and a third was injured by shrapnel from live ammunition during the confrontations that erupted in the city. Local sources indicated that several military vehicles stormed Faisal and Al-Hutain streets and the surrounding area of the Old City, firing live ammunition and sound bombs, which led to the clashes and the injuries of the three citizens. Another force raided the Beit Wazan area west of the city early this morning, resulting in confrontations, but no injuries were reported.
