After the UN Security Council Decision on Gaza.. Haniya to Tehran

Iranian media reported on Tuesday morning that the head of Hamas's political bureau is heading to the Iranian capital, Tehran, to meet with Iranian officials. In a tweet on its X platform account, the English-language Iranian channel "Press TV" stated that "Ismail Haniya, the head of the political bureau of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), will travel to Tehran today to meet with Iranian officials." This visit comes a day after the UN Security Council adopted a resolution calling for an immediate ceasefire between Israel and the Palestinian group. Iran supports Hamas in the ongoing war in Gaza, which has resulted in the death of more than 32,000 Palestinians.
