Jordan Coach Comments on Tameri's Participation Against South Korea

The Jordan national team coach, Moroccan Hussein Ammouta, confirmed that star player Mousa Tameri will be ready to participate in the upcoming match against South Korea, scheduled for tomorrow, Tuesday, in the semifinals of the Asian Cup. Tameri sustained a minor injury last Friday during the closing stages of the quarterfinal match against Tajikistan, which Jordan won 1-0.

Ammouta stated on Monday at the press conference dedicated to the Jordan-South Korea match: "Tameri rested for the last two days because he was fatigued and will be present in today's training and ready to play (against South Korea)." He added, "We rely heavily on the crowd's presence to support the team, as has been the case in previous matches."

Tameri is considered one of the standout players of the Jordan national team in the ongoing Asian Cup in Qatar, ranking second in the top scorers' table with 3 goals so far, and is a key part of coach Ammouta's playing system. The Jordan national team, which is set to play in the Asian Cup semifinals for the first time in its history, aims to overcome the challenge posed by South Korea and continue making history.
