Meet the Lebanese Artist Who Succeeded on

Following the significant attention received by Lebanese-French singer Manon Debs on the French stage of "The Voice," audiences are eagerly awaiting what she will present next, especially after a video of her performance went viral across various social media platforms, particularly TikTok. During her rendition of the French rap song by the group "Sniper," Debs received praise for her unique approach to the song, though some criticized her choice of "inappropriate" lyrics containing vulgar terms.

Debs has roots in Lebanon, having been born in 1998 to a Lebanese father and a French mother. She spent most of her childhood in Lebanon until the war broke out in 2006. Subsequently, she emigrated to France, where she has since settled but confirmed that she always visits Lebanon in the summer to spend time with her family.

Before starting her singing career, Debs played the piano from a young age and developed a passion for singing after her mother introduced her to Édith Piaf, Georges Brassens, and Dalida. Debs found herself on "The Voice" stage by chance; she convinced "Oli and Bigflo" to include her in their team, and fortune smiled upon her the day she performed in the Paris metro, where the casting director for "The Voice" noticed her talent. Today, she has released a new version of the song on YouTube, receiving over 200,000 likes.
