The "Lebanon Youth Movement" clarified in a statement that the generator company Infinite Power, which was targeted by Israeli airstrikes this afternoon in the Ghazieh area of southern Lebanon, and which the Israeli media claimed contained weapons and explosives, is primarily owned and managed by Mohammad Hassan Layla, a member of the movement's political office for the southern governorate since 2017.
The statement added that "Mohammad Layla does not engage in any activities related to weapons, ammunition, or explosives, and the explosion that occurred at his company's center, which does not contain any explosives or weapons, is merely another one of the enemy's operations targeting unarmed civilians and the interests of Lebanese people under the false pretext of targeting non-existent weapon warehouses.”
The movement reiterated its "rejection of the criminal operations carried out by the brutal enemy on Lebanese territory and in occupied Palestine," affirming that these operations "will not deter the Lebanese from holding on to every inch of their land."
