The individual known as "R.D" opened fire towards "M.D" and hit him with a gunshot in the leg in the Abi Samra area near the Duhani Club; then the shooter fled to an unknown location. Immediately, the Red Cross arrived at the scene and worked to transport the injured person to the hospital for treatment. It was revealed that the shooter and the injured man are "cousins."
