The leader of the Coordination Framework, Adi Abdul-Hadi, confirmed on Monday that American bombing in Iraq has increased the rate of attacks on its bases threefold, while he pointed out three mistakes made by Washington. Abdul-Hadi stated that "the fireball is expanding in the Middle East, which we warned about early on," explaining that "what is happening now is a result of three catastrophic mistakes by America: supporting the genocide against the Palestinian people, covering for the Zionist entity even in the House of Representatives, obstructing any efforts to stop the war, and applying pressure even on international organizations to prevent the delivery of food and medicine, as well as dealing with countries in the region with the mindset of an occupying power and exercising arrogance."
Abdul-Hadi added that "Washington hit targets in Iraq, including Popular Mobilization Forces headquarters, under the pretext of responding to attacks on its bases, and as a result, the rate of attacks on its bases in the region has tripled in a short period, with the strikes taking on even stronger dimensions, meaning that any upcoming escalation from Washington will be met with a multiplied response, and the sparks of conflict may spread to other geographic areas."
He indicated that "extinguishing the fire in the Middle East starts from Gaza and otherwise, America will lose a lot, and its power and fleets have failed to intimidate the Resistance Axis no matter how many assassinations or bombings they commit, as there is ample evidence from Iraq, Syria, and Lebanon, reaching Yemen where attacks have intensified, and the target bank now includes dozens of ships and warships."
Since November 17, the Iraqi factions have intensified their attacks on American forces stationed at Iraqi bases in Erbil and Al-Asad, as well as locations in the capital Baghdad, including the American embassy, which was targeted by missiles launched from a nearby location.
