The second wave of heavy rainfall headed towards Lebanon, accompanied by thunderstorms, a drop in temperatures, and localized hail. This began in the afternoon, covering most coastal areas (south, north, and central), as well as the western mountains and the Bekaa Valley gradually, according to weather expert Father Eli Khnisser. A video showed the size of the hailstones in Jezzine, southern Lebanon.
