Abdallah Bou Habib, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants in the caretaker government, concluded his visit to Brussels with a meeting with European Commissioner for Crisis Management Janis Lenarčič. During the meeting, Bou Habib and Lenarčič discussed the issue of Syrian displaced persons and agreed that "a human being is a human being wherever they are, and humanitarian assistance for displaced persons cannot be linked to their residence outside their home country; they also need help to be able to return and re-establish stability in their homes." Tomorrow, Bou Habib will travel to Barcelona to hold meetings with a group of foreign ministers on the sidelines of the Union for the Mediterranean conference dedicated to the issue of Gaza.
