The Russian presidential elections have entered their third and final day following the closure of polling stations yesterday, Saturday, with a voter turnout exceeding 58 percent. According to the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation, the voter turnout across the country reached 60 percent by 9:28 AM Moscow time. In the Chechen Republic, the turnout exceeded 90 percent, while in the republics of Tuva, Donetsk, North Ossetia, and the Kuzbass region and Yamal federal district, it reached 80 percent. Olga Kirilova, the chairwoman of the Moscow Election Commission, announced that 4.4 million citizens voted using electronic and paper ballots in Moscow. She stated, "By 8:00 AM Moscow time, 4,354,446 ballots had been issued, with 3,255,229 voters casting their votes remotely, and 1,099,217 voters using paper ballots."
