Putin: Russia is Ready for Dialogue with America but Cannot Be Forced

Russian President Vladimir Putin confirmed during his annual address to parliament on Thursday that Russia will not allow anyone to interfere in its internal affairs. He reiterated his accusation of the West attempting to destroy Russia from within, noting that most citizens supported his decision two years ago to send tens of thousands of troops to Ukraine, which Moscow refers to as a "special military operation." Putin emphasized Moscow's readiness to engage "in dialogue with the United States on strategic stability," while rejecting "any attempts to force his country into such discussions." He mentioned that Russia has utilized advanced weapon systems, including Zircon hypersonic missiles, and that it enjoys military superiority in Ukraine.
