White House National Security Council spokesman John Kirby stated today, Sunday, that Israel has agreed to consider the concerns and perspectives of Washington before its invasion of the city of Rafah in southern Gaza. Kirby added to ABC News that Israel has begun to fulfill the commitments it made to President Joe Biden regarding allowing aid to enter northern Gaza.
