He added, "We consider a person with second-degree Alzheimer's to be incapable and lacking control over their actions, and Biden is suffering from third-degree Alzheimer's, which is more severe."
He explained that "in this medical condition, he poses a significant danger to the world as he cannot differentiate between old and new matters or events, and his possession of the nuclear briefcase constitutes a major crisis that the entire world could pay the price for if he takes an action without understanding its nature."
He concluded by saying, "We are facing an American administration suffering from incapacity; the U.S. Defense Secretary is in intensive care, and the president is suffering from Alzheimer's, which is an unprecedented situation that signals a major catastrophe."
