Table Tennis: Marianna Sahakian and Ghaleb Fakhoury Champion of Lebanon in Mixed Doubles

The activities of the Lebanon Table Tennis Championship continued, held at the "Mon La Salle" Club in Ain Saadeh. The duo Ghaleb Fakhoury (from Al-Riyadi Ghazir) and Marianna Sahakian (from Al-Nadwa Al-Qamatiyah) were crowned champions of Lebanon in the mixed doubles category after defeating the duo Hasan Shbib and Mariam Al-Habash (from Al-Ahli Sidon) 3-2 in an exciting final. The third place was secured by the duo Mohammed Nour Al-Habash (from Al-Ahli Sidon) and Leticia Azar (from Antranik Beirut), as well as the duo Saad Al-Din Al-Habash (from Al-Ahli Sidon) and Talia Azar (from Antranik Beirut). The matches were officiated by international referees Mustafa Al-Daqdouqi, Mai Murshid Radwan, and Abeer Sbiti, along with federation members Eli Suleiman and Joseph Murab. The overall official supervising the competitions was Dr. Kamil Murab, and the head of the technical committee was Fadi Qasis. At the conclusion, the president of the federation, George Kobly, and the head of the technical committee, Fadi Qasis, distributed the trophies and medals to the winners.
