Camilla revealed during a conversation with someone who came to greet her at a charity event at Salisbury Cathedral in southern England that Charles has been deeply affected by the supportive messages from the public. Charles's son and heir, Prince William, thanked the British public on Wednesday for their friendly messages to his father and to his wife Kate, who recently underwent surgery.
