The Secretary-General of the Islamic Jihad Movement, Ziad Nakhla, revealed today, Wednesday, that the prisoner exchange with Israel will be based on the principle of "all for all" through a political process agreed upon by all Palestinian factions. Nakhla emphasized that the Islamic Jihad Movement is heading to Cairo with a clear vision of "stopping the aggression, withdrawing enemy forces from Gaza, and reconstruction." He confirmed that the prisoner exchange will occur through the all-for-all principle in a political process agreed upon by the Palestinian factions, primarily Hamas. Meanwhile, the head of Hamas's political bureau, Ismail Haniyeh, arrived in Cairo on Wednesday to conduct negotiations regarding a ceasefire in the ongoing war in Gaza between the movement and Israel and the exchange of prisoners. The movement stated in a statement that Haniyeh arrived in the Egyptian capital "to negotiate with Egyptian officials about the developments of the Zionist aggression on Gaza and various other files."
