The EU's foreign policy chief, Josep Borrell, has called for an "extraordinary meeting of the bloc's foreign ministers on Tuesday to discuss Iranian attacks on Israel." Borrell wrote on the social media platform X: "Our goal is to help stop the escalation and achieve security in the region."
