The Israeli newspaper "Yedioth Ahronoth" reported that "the administration of President Joe Biden has concluded that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is either administratively constrained or unwilling to do what is required." The newspaper pointed out that "Washington has lost confidence in Netanyahu's ability to lead a complex operation in Rafah that begins with the evacuation of hundreds of thousands of refugees," noting that "a state that fails to send 50 food trucks to northern Gaza will not be able to evacuate and house nearly a million people."
