Morning Bombardment in the South and an Infiltration Attempt from Lebanon to Israel?

The Israeli army announced in a statement that it attacked buildings and military sites used by Hezbollah's air unit in Lebanese territory. It also targeted Mount Hanin in the town of Bazouriyeh with an airstrike. Israeli artillery shelled the outskirts of the towns of Naqoura, and the Israeli army fired two shells at an uninhabited house in Tyrehfa while some locals were attending the funeral of a deceased person from the town. An Israeli drone targeted a valley in the northern outskirts of the town of Al-Mansouri.

In contrast, Hezbollah's military media announced in a statement that its members "targeted the radar site in the occupied Lebanese Shebaa Farms with rocket fire, achieving direct hits," and they also targeted the "Jal Al-Amal site with rocket fire, causing direct hits." Meanwhile, the spokesperson for the Israeli army, Avichai Adraee, stated in a post on the platform "X" that "following reports of a suspicious identification in the Hanita border area, and after searches in the region, there is no concern of an infiltration attempt."

Since early morning hours, the outskirts of the towns of Tyrehfa, Alama Shaab, and Dhayra, as well as the Batishiyah region, have been subjected to intensive bombardment. Simultaneously, a search operation took place around the Hadb site with medium and heavy machine gun fire, and illumination shells were dropped above the vicinity of the site and adjacent forests. Israeli reconnaissance aircraft continued to fly overnight until morning over villages in the western and central sectors, reaching the outskirts of the city of Tyre, coinciding with the launch of illumination bombs over the border villages adjacent to the Blue Line.

A cautious calm had prevailed over the western and central sectors last night, disrupted by artillery fire before midnight on the outskirts of the towns of Dhayra, Alama Shaab, and Tyrehfa, in addition to the flight of MK aircraft over the skies of Alama Shaab, Lubonah, and Naqoura in the western sector of southern Lebanon.
