Ukrainian Border Guard spokesperson Andrei Demchenko announced that about 4,000 Ukrainian trucks are lined up at checkpoints closed by Polish transport companies on the Polish side of the border, according to the "Novosti" agency. He stated, "The four directions have been closed again, with 3,900 trucks queued on Polish territory heading towards Ukraine, most of which, over 1,700 trucks, are at the Yagodyn checkpoint." He added, "There is some movement forward, but it is extremely slow. The least movement was at the largest checkpoint, Yagodyn, where only 170 trucks crossed yesterday." Polish transport companies closed the border checkpoints with Ukraine over a month ago, later joined by Polish farmers.
