Death of Egyptian Artist Mohamed Qashta Due to Health Crisis

Egyptian artist Mohamed Qashta passed away on Saturday after suffering a health crisis in recent times that led to his hospitalization until the announcement of his death. His funeral took place in Benha on Saturday, and his family received condolences on Sunday evening in front of their home in Cairo, attended by representatives of the Actors' Syndicate.

Throughout his artistic career, the late artist participated in more than 200 artistic works and was known for performing supporting roles alongside many prominent stars, despite joining the artistic community at a later age. His last participation was four years ago in the series "Qout Al-Qoloub," directed by Magdy Abou Amira, alongside actress Magda Zaki, but he distanced himself afterward due to health issues.

Qashta worked with numerous famous artists, including Mahmoud Abdel Aziz, Yousra, Mohamed Henedy, Tamer Hosny, and Nour El Sherif. Some of the notable works he participated in include "Mahmoud Al Masri," "The Family of Haji Metwali," and "Hadith Al Sabah Wal Masa." In recent years, Qashta suffered from a stroke, followed by several health crises that caused him to withdraw from artistic works, battling illness until his final announcement of passing.
