Moldovan Prime Minister Dorin Recean pointed out that "the drone attack on a military unit in Transnistria was a provocation intended to generate a state of collective anxiety in the country." The press service of the state security ministry of the internationally unrecognized Republic of Transnistria noted on Friday that "a strike drone attacked a military unit in the Ribnita region, causing minor damage without injuries." Recean commented on the incident in Transnistria, stating: "We are facing a new routine provocation; we must monitor the community's reaction, which is itself aware of the reality. These provocations can no longer instill panic or fear." Earlier, the Ministry of State Security in Moldova reported that foreign specialists are working in Moldova to prepare combat groups, including Ukrainians, to carry out terrorist and sabotage attacks against military facilities in Transnistria.
